The client engineering team needed to combine a series of legacy software systems inherited by their business units in order to offer a unified and updated software solution to cover all of its business activities.
During this time the client’s Engineering Department was covering many projects at the same time and didn’t have enough bandwidth nor the mobile app technical expertise to take over the new project.
This mobile application is an enterprise grade temperature monitoring, food safety, and quality management platform. The App is primarily used to capture equipment temperatures, record product temperatures and complete quality checklists. The App works seamlessly with bluetooth sensors and the mobile application.

KAIZEN started a product development project with the proof of concept of a “Sensor Scan” mobile application aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction results.
Sensor Scan” first prototype was released.
A team of two developers programmed the first prototype incorporating scanner and back-end data transmission. A job order for a supermarket chain served as a testing ground, which allowed us to identify improvements and refine the product’s quality.
