Process

Our hiring process is comprehensive, but designed to make things simple for you. We conduct both cultural and technical interviews to ensure a good fit, and you’ll even have the chance to meet them before making a decision. If you’re curious for more details, check out our hiring process blog post.
We go through a careful testing process at different stages of development. We check each piece (unit testing), make sure they work together (integration testing), and test the whole system (system testing). Once it’s ready for production, we perform additional quality assurance checks to verify its performance, reliability, and security.
Agreement
Our Consulting Agreement is straightforward and fair, complying with U.S. law and legal experts’ guidance. We’re flexible too – you can adjust, increase, decrease, or end our commitment with just 30 days’ notice. If there are specific needs you’d like integrated into the agreement, let’s discuss and incorporate them.
If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we’ve got you covered. We completely understand how crucial it is to keep sensitive information safe, and we’re dedicated to protecting your intellectual property.
Pricing
We have a flexible pricing model of Time & Materials. This means we calculate the cost of your project based on the actual hours we spend working on it. We keep careful track of our team’s time to make sure your billing is accurate and transparent.
Absolutely, we’re committed to keeping your project on budget. Each month before billing, we assess the budget to ensure we’re on track. Our team understands how crucial it is to manage costs effectively, and we’ll collaborate closely with you to achieve this goal.
To make things easy for you, we accept hassle-free wire transfers. You can pay invoices to our Bank of America or Wachovia Bank accounts.
Support
We provide ongoing maintenance and support services to ensure your software continues to perform optimally and stays up-to-date with evolving needs. We’re fully committed to Agile practices. Through sprint planning, dailies, demos, and retrospective meetings, we ensure everyone’s aligned, quickly address any issues, and adjust to evolving needs. We’re flexible with tools and communication – if you have preferences, we’ll adapt. Our usual go-to options are Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Meet, and emails.
