When COVID-19 emerged, SmartSense recognized the urgency of shifting their software development focus to meet the growing demand for workplace health and safety solutions. They entrusted our team with a new project to create a software solution to ensure the well-being of employees effectively.
SOLUTION
A Digital Health Screening Mobile App
Our dedicated team designed and developed a digital health screening mobile app in just one month. This app uses either an infrared thermometer or fingertip pulse oximeter for immediate detection of concealed COVID-19 symptoms. It also includes a branching-logic powered questionnaire to identify individuals at risk.
The app offers enterprise-level automatic reporting tools and email notifications on the number of employees screened and those that were encouraged to go home due to at-risk symptoms captured by the app. With this solution, managers can oversee employee safety in real-time at specific locations, enabling quick responses when necessary.
