Our process is all about collaboration and no surprises. You’ll be involved every step of the way. While the specifics depend on your needs, a typical engagement follows this iterative loop:

1. Discover: We figure out the real problem we need to solve together.

2. Design: We build low fidelity wireframes or a clickable prototype in Figma, allowing you to see and feel the product early on.

3. Validate: We test it with real users to see what works, spot friction, and validate our designs decisions.

You'll have access to our Figma files, a shared Slack channel, and daily or weekly meetings as needed. It feels less like an external partner and more like extending your own team.

  • We're allergic to guesswork. We measure our work by tracking the real-world numbers that matter to your business. Before we start, we'll ask: What needle are we trying to move? Then we track metrics like:

    - Conversion rate, user retention, feature adoption, and churn.

    - Task success rate, time to complete a task, and user error rates.

    - We conduct usability tests and collect direct user feedback to learn firsthand what’s working and what’s frustrating them.
