- With the growth of duty-free imports under Section 321, Livingston e-commerce teams faced an influx of data that needed quick and accurate processing.

- Handling bulk import data manually slowed operations, often introducing errors and inefficiencies.

- Customer data arrived in various formats, often incomplete or incorrect, creating challenges in processing shipments accurately.
We built an enterprise-grade data analytics tool that automates the processing of large volumes of e-commerce imports data, enabling accurate submissions to U.S. Customs.
Import agents can easily start new classification projects via FTP, email, or by uploading raw files using a default Excel template. The system then organizes, validates, and formats bulk shipment data, categorizing it by risk level and confidence.
The tool also automatically generates reports, flags missing data, and assigns priority levels to help agents resolve issues efficiently. Customers stay informed through automated email and SMS notifications, receiving real-time shipment status updates.
We continue to support ongoing improvements, enhancing the tool’s user experience (UX) and features based on user feedback.
